MASCOT Appearance Request
Do you want to hype up your event with a mascot full of energy? Make a request for Griffey, the San Diego Guardians official mascot. The fun, loving hypeman Griffey will make an event even more exciting, and will leave everybody with a smile on their face. Please review the guidelines below if your interested in having Griffey participate in your event.
We are excited that you are considering Griffey for your next event. Mascot appearances will be charged a fee of $20/hr. There will be an additional $10 travel fee for appearances beyond 20 miles. Appearances are booking quickly, so we ask that you book at minimum 2 weeks before your event. A team representative will contact you to confirm appearance.
1) Company/Organization MUST complete the application form and submit below
2) Company/Organization MUST provide a private location for the mascot to prepare for the appearance.
3) Company/Organization MUST provide water and a 10 minute break each hour for the Mascot.
4)All fees must be paid for at least (2) days before the event. If fees are not paid this time, appearance will be canceled without notice
Once your request has been reviewed, you will be notified via email if you have been approved, denied, or in pending status. Denied request can occur due to the safety concerns of your event.

This completed form is required for scheduling any appearance. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the policies related to booking an appearance with the teams mascot. I further understand that by completing this form, I am not guaranteed that this request will be fulfilled. I will be notified by email, or phone of approval or denial of this appearance.
